Inspector Mode and central audit log

A read-only inspector view that exposes only the documents an OSHA, EPA, or DRP auditor is entitled to see, with every state change across your shop or shops written to a central audit log.

When an inspector arrives, the last thing you want is to log the auditor into the live owner account. Inspector Mode hands the auditor an iPad in a contained, read-only view of exactly the documents they are entitled to see.

What inspectors can see

  • Written programs (HazCom, Respiratory Protection, Fire Prevention, Emergency Action), with version history
  • Training transcripts per employee, showing completion dates and language of delivery
  • SDS library and chemical inventory
  • OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 logs
  • Fire extinguisher monthly inspection log
  • Spray booth filter log and painter 6H certifications
  • PDF export of any individual record or the full inspection packet

What inspectors cannot see

  • Employee personal data beyond what their training records require
  • Pricing, billing, or shop financial data
  • Any document not classified for inspector access

Central audit log

Every state change to documents, training, acknowledgments, certifications, and Inspector Mode access is now written to a central audit log. For multi-location MSO operators, the log is unified across all locations with location, actor, timestamp, IP address, and the version hash of any document affected. Filter by location, by user, or by record type.

Inspector Mode is available now on all plans. The central audit log is included on Pro and above.
