The painter certification dashboard rolls up every active painter across your shop or, for MSO operators, across every location, with their current EPA NESHAP 6H training status and the days remaining until recertification.
What it shows
- Painter name, location, and assigned spray booth
- Date of most recent 6H training and the issuing provider
- Days until five-year recertification, with 90 / 60 / 30 day notification thresholds
- Block status: whether the painter is currently cleared to apply regulated coatings
What changed
Painters whose certificate has expired or whose new-hire status is missing a certificate are now flagged in red on the roster, and the spray-booth assignment is suspended until the gap is closed. The block can be overridden by an Owner role if a training class is scheduled and a contingent start is documented.
Audit trail
Every certificate upload, every block override, and every recertification reminder dispatched is written to the central audit log with actor, timestamp, location, and document version hash.
The dashboard is available now to all shops on the Pro plan.
